Let’s Go On An Adventure

There is no knowing who comes back from an adventure.

When Frodo stepped onto that boat with Gandalf, there was no way of predicting who he would be when he came back.

No way of predicting the twists and turns of his voyage.

As the journey progresses, Frodo develops as a hero not by acquiring new wisdom, strength, or power, but by trusting his own virtues: the common sense, goodness, and determination that motivated him from the beginning.

Yet once he had seen the world, defeated dragons and, most importantly, the demons within, he had changed.

Transformed from a simple hobbit with somewhat pedestrian virtues into a hero.

Today is a big day for me. It’s my 2 year Vaniversary.

My 730th day living in Vancouver.

This time 2 years ago I had just taken off from London, with no idea how things would pan out.

I was stepping into a new world – back to school, a new relationship, leaving behind literally everything I had spent the last 10 years building.

I had no idea as I sat on that plane who I would become just 2 years later.

In the last 2 years, I have been on more adventures into the wilderness than a whole lifetime of being an adventurer.

In the last 2 years, I have discovered my purpose. My raison d’être. My soul calling.

In the last 2 years, with Curtis Friesen, I have developed a whole new perspective on consciousness.

It’s called Adventure Consciousness, and trust me, it’s badass.

In the last 2 years, I have had more impact than the rest of my life combined.

In the last 2 years, I have developed the confidence to ask for what I want. To manifest my desires.

In the last 2 years, I have healed some deep, old wounds that have kept me small and meek.

In the last 2 years, I have created so much more change than I can share in one facebook post.

And none of it could have happened if I had stayed where I was.

None of it could have happened if I hadn’t gone on an adventure.

None of it could have happened if I had kept trying to do it alone.

So come on an adventure with me, and who knows where you will end up two years from now.

There are 2 ways you can do that right now, The Zenith Project and WILD CLUB.

What could be possible for you if you step boldly into the unknown?
